Палки очень лёгкие, 181 г, см. фото (сорри за поворот, приложение Ali не читает exif). На наконечниках есть стандартная резьба для насадок. Насадки в комплект не входят, но подошли от другой модели. Длина не регулируется, за счёт малого веса. Будьте внимательны, палки продаются по одной. Заказывайте 2 штуки.

Обратите внимание - палки не регулируются по длине. Это не было очевидно для меня. Хуже это их не делает-они хороши: люфта нет, очень лёгкие и приятные. Только несколько ограничивает их функционал в качестве стержня для несамостоящей палатки.

However before buying consider the adjustable version: price difference is small, weight difference less than 20g, and thanks additional element they fold smaller despite of reaching 135cm. Good item. Tested it in winter mountains conditions (ice/snow/stones; from +2 to -5) and they helped me much in climbing and hiking. Buyers please note, the poles are selling separately. If you need two poles, than you need to buy two items.
